Junior Customer Support Specialist Responsibilities :

• Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries about billing, plan changes, technical issues, and general account information.
• Identify customer needs to recommend suitable solutions, including the latest services, devices, and special offers.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of wireless plans, promotions, and devices to effectively advise customers.
• Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues quickly and professionally, focusing on customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and service details within CRM systems.
• Attend team meetings and training sessions with fellow Junior Customer Support Specialist to remain up-to-date on new products and service enhancements.
