Cannon Automotive Solutions, a division Cleveland-Cliffs Tooling and Stamping, has an immediate opportunity for a Tooling Technician in our Bowling Green, Kentucky Stamping Facility. The Tooling Technician is responsible forensuring tooling meets process expectations. The ideal candidate will have good manual dexterity, be detail-oriented and self-motivated, and thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Summary of Responsibilities :

• Compute dimensions and tolerances to set up machinetools

Position, secure, measure and work metal stock or castings to lay out formachining

Assemble / disassemble parts to test completed tools, dies, jigs or fixtures for proper operation

Directly work with suppliers to print, design, or build situations to ensure toolexpectations are met

Analyze manufacturing repairs and adjustments to formulatesolutions in standardized situations

Minimum Qualifications :

5 years of related work experience

Trade certification

Ability to read and interpret documents and write routine reports and correspondence

Ability to understand and effectively communicate oral and written instructions

Able to work 3-shift model : Midnights, Days, Afternoons, and required OT

Preferred Qualifications :

5 years of related experience working in a manufacturing environment
