Job Duration : 4+ Months (Possibility of Extension)

Shift Timings : Monday to Friday, 6 : 00 AM - 12 : 00 PM

Pay range $17.50 / Hr - $23Hr

Job Summary :

The Phlebotomist II / Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) serves as the face of the organization, interacting directly with patients to collect quality blood specimens for laboratory testing. This role requires a high level of skill, professionalism, and compassion, ensuring patient comfort and confidence throughout the process. The PSR II will work under minimal supervision and may be assigned to various locations including doctor's offices and patient service centers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform daily activities accurately and on time under the direction of the area supervisor.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment.
• Collect and process forensic and clinical specimens following established procedures.
• Verify patient demographics and ensure proper labeling of specimens in the presence of the patient.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Promote a positive image of the organization to patients, clients, and the public.
• Demonstrate leadership behaviors and uphold confidentiality standards.

Job Requirements :

Education & Experience :

Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.

Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
