Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality healthcare services, and we’re looking for a creative, organized, and motivated Social Media Coordinator to help share our story with the world.

Position Overview :

As our Social Media Coordinator, you will manage and oversee the social media presence for all 9 of our skilled nursing facilities. From our corporate office in Sherman Oaks, you'll work closely with on-site teams and leadership to create and schedule engaging content, promote events, highlight staff and resident stories, and ensure a consistent brand voice across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

Manage daily posting and content scheduling for multiple social media accounts (Instagram, , etc.)

Create engaging content including graphics, captions, photos, and short videos

Collaborate with facility staff to gather stories, images, and event highlights

Monitor engagement and respond to comments / messages in a timely manner

Track analytics and prepare basic reports on performance and growth

Stay current with trends and best practices in social media for healthcare and senior living

Qualifications :

Strong understanding of major social media platforms

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe a plus)

Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple accounts

Prior experience with social media (personal, school, or professional) is a plus but not required
