Operations Specialist

Join a dynamic leasing operations team that manages the full lifecycle of leases and loans-from booking to payoff. This role focuses on servicing and payment posting, with a mix of customer service and administrative responsibilities.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Customer Service (25%)
• : Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail requests from clients.
• Payment Processing (25%)
• : Post payments (check, wire, ACH, internal transfer) to the sub-ledger, ensuring accuracy.
• Cash Reconciliation (20%)
• : Support the funding team in reconciling daily cash disbursements.
• Billing Support (20%)
• : Assist with internal and public funding billing processes.
• Administrative Tasks (10%)
• : Perform general office duties as needed.
• Required Skills & Qualifications :
• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of experience in loan / lease operations or servicing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid work ethic and reliability
• Basic understanding of ACH, wire transfers, and check processing
• Preferred Skills :
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Experience with LeasePlus software
• Background in leasing operations
• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $33.00 / hr.
