The Field Strategy & Operations Team acts as an extension of sales leadership. As part of Okta's Business Operations team, we protect the investment in Okta's rapidly growing Sales organization by ensuring Sales has the insights, tools, and processes to run effectively and efficiently. This specific role is part of our Business Operations team which is responsible for driving scalable processes.
The Senior Analyst, Sales Operations will act as a critical business partner and systems expert, ensuring our sales technology stack is not only optimized but also seamlessly integrated with our core sales processes. The Senior Analyst will serve as a dedicated owner for key platforms, focusing on both the execution of new strategic initiatives and the ongoing operational health of our systems. This position requires a proactive problem-solver with a strong technical aptitude and a passion for operational excellence.
What You'll Be Doing
Systems Management & Optimization : Serve as the dedicated business owner and subject matter expert for key sales tools, such as Clari, managing our end-to-end roadmap, rolling out new features, and ongoing optimization efforts.
Cross-Functional Execution & Project Management : Participate in the execution of high-impact initiatives, particularly on projects that require seamless integration between multiple systems like Salesforce and our forecasting platform. This role will partner with Business Technology (BT) to ensure clear handoffs and successful delivery, from requirements gathering to UAT.
Operational & Process Design : Define, document, and communicate how our systems are used by frontline teams to drive efficiency and consistency. The analyst will identify system gaps and recommend continuous improvements to our processes and tools, ensuring they enable scalable execution.
Data Integrity & Accuracy : Take ownership of key data flows, maintain hierarchies, and ensure data accuracy across systems. This includes building and maintaining reporting to validate data integrity and serving as a reliable resource for troubleshooting data-related issues.
Enablement & Communication : Collaborate with the Enablement team to drive adoption and ensure the effective usage of sales systems. You will provide ongoing support, identify training gaps, and create documentation to empower the sales organization.
What You'll Bring To The Role
Experience : 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a systems-focused role within a high-growth tech environment.
Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with Salesforce is required. Experience with sales technology tools like Clari, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms is highly preferred.
Analytical & Problem-Solving : A proven ability to translate complex business problems into scalable, system-driven solutions. You must be able to analyze data and provide actionable, data-driven insights.
Communication & Collaboration : Exceptional communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including sales, operations, and technology.
