Billing Analyst

Job Title : Billing Analyst / Auditor

Location : Onsite – Downtown Indianapolis (Monument Circle)

Parking : Will be reimbursed monthly in their expense section

Duration : 1 year on contract + to potential hire

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst to work onsite with our utility client in downtown Indianapolis. This role involves manually transferring data between billing systems and requires a high level of accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform manual data entry from one billing system to another
• Manage a backlog of billing requests with varying daily volumes (from under 100 to several thousand)
• Maintain focus and accuracy during repetitive tasks
• Collaborate effectively with team members
• Adapt to fluctuating workloads and unexpected daily changes
• Work comfortably in a corporate office environment with regular executive presence

Qualifications :

Compensation :

$19 / hr to $23 / hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
