Dimension is hiring an early-career Business Operations Associate to join our team in San Francisco. This position is designed as a training program to become the jack of all trades who deeply understands our business model and can support sales and customer success as well as operations.

From our past experience, successful hires in sales, customer success, or operations have learned the same set of skills and domain knowledge related to waste streams and how to create a market between customers and providers. This role emphasizes hands-on learning across the business.

Responsibilities

• As a training role, learn all aspects of the business and establish deep relationships with both customers and providers to understand how to match supply and demand.
• Price quote orders of various sizes and identify market-competitive providers / facilities.
• Source and onboard new providers for underserved markets or waste streams.
• Understand and contribute to software use and development, including AI model understanding and improvement.
