This experience should include a minimum of 4 years' in professional fundraising and 2 years' in a related field with an emphasis on donor cultivation and solicitation. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in raising major gifts and a strong background in marketing, sales, public relations, or a related field. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' of management experience, be adept at strategic planning, and have the ability to work with a high degree of independence.
