Facility Name : Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare Total # of Facility Beds : 772 Beds Unit Name : L&D (High Risk Unit) Unit Specialty : L&D Total # of Unit Beds / Suites / Deliveries : 19 labor rooms, 12 antepartum rooms, 4 recovery rooms, 8 triage rooms, 3 OR suites, + / - 4000 deliveries

Designated Comprehensive Stroke Center & Chest Pain Center

Trauma Level : Level 2 trauma t Prior Travel Experience Required : Minimum # Years Clinical Experience Required : 2 yrs. Minimum # Years Clinical Experience in Specialty Required : 2 yrs., prefer an RN with LDRP or L&D & Mother Baby exp. Certifications Required : AHA-BLS, AHA-ACLS, NRP, AWHONN-Advanced Fetal Monitoring Certifications Preferred : N / A Nurse Patient Ratio by shift : t2 : 1 Circulate / Scrub as applicable : Circulate & recover C-sections.
