Job Summary
The Instruction and Curriculum Lead provides strategic oversight and coordination of instructional delivery and curriculum development for Adult Education and Literacy (AEL) programs, including both face-to-face and remote learning environments. In collaboration with the AEL Director and in accordance with Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) guidelines, this role offers specialized and technical support to the curriculum review process to ensure instructional quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with AEL grant requirements, educational standards, and college policies.
This is a 100% grant-funded position. Therefore, the continuation of the position is subject to continued external funding.

Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally, a negligible amount of force frequently, and / or constantly having to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met. Positions in this class typically require talking, hearing, seeing, grasping, standing, walking and repetitive motions. Relatively free from unpleasant environmental conditions or hazards. Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution and three (3) years of experience in higher education.
Preferred
Master's degree from an accredited institution
Familiarity with post-secondary curriculum maintenance.

Hiring Maximum $56,409.60
Compensation is determined based on experience.
