Job Requirements Minimum Qualifications : Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program Current LPN license in good standing with the state licensing board Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association Completion of IV Therapy Course Where You'll Work From primary to specialty care, as well as walk-in and virtual services, CHI Health Clinic delivers more options and better access so you can spend time on what matters : being healthy.
