Job Description

The Senior Graphic Designer will create and implement various graphic design concepts in support of various internal client's departments as well as the Corporate Marketing team. This position will leverage existing brand guidelines to create optimized, accurate, final web-ready and / or print-ready files. This position will work closely with the client's in-house creative and brand teams as we continue to grow and scale the client' brand. The ideal candidate is highly creative, driven, detail oriented, and possesses strong project management skills. Applicants must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage time efficiently, work on multiple projects concurrently, present and defend concepts / ideas to internal marketing team members, and communicate exceptionally well.

What you'll be doing :

• Deep understanding of the Client brand. Manage brand consistency to make sure teams are adhering to the brand guidelines.
• Design and implement the design across all sizes & mediums necessary for all digital, print, environmental, and multi-media channels.
• This includes illustrations, charts, infographics, email banners, save the dates, Zoom backgrounds, posters, flyers, internal announcement graphics, digital signage, quote cards, print advertisements, digital media, social media, brochures, reports, and large-format event tradeshow booth design(s)
• Adhere to and help build upon approved Client graphics, photography, video, motion graphics, iconography and brand standards; constantly updating library of resources on Brandfolder and within PowerPoint Toolkit
• Ensure all work created aligns with the Client brand standards
• Oversee third-party digital, print, and production agencies to develop quality, on-brand materials.
• Package and preflight files for release to printers or media partners
• Persuasively present creative concepts for team and client review.
• Work closely with the creative director and / or project lead to assess project requirements, identify scope, and create accurate time estimates and breakdowns while delivering solutions within budget
• Maintain current industry knowledge and best practices in design concepting, execution, and the creative process.
• Archive work into a shared drive accessible to team members
