Administrative Support Clerk

Join a dynamic and growing team that processes title work for the state of Indiana and the Bureau of Motor Vehicles (BMV). Our team is expanding rapidly due to increased demand for our software, serving a wide range of customers. Responsibilities include : performing clerical tasks including filing and sorting title documents in the correct order, handling administrative tasks such as scanning and printing documents, verifying information including VIN numbers, and making / model of vehicles, conducting email follow-ups with dealerships and auction yards, sorting paperwork to ensure all necessary information is present, following up to obtain any missing documents or information needed to process titles, and providing administrative support and customer service to walk-in customers.

Essential Skills : strong customer service skills, experience in data entry. Additional Skills & Qualifications : positive attitude and willingness to learn, reliability demonstrated by having no more than 3 jobs in the past 5 years, experience in retail, food service, gas station, or other non-office environments.

Work Environment : The role is in an office setting, Monday through Friday from 7 : 30 am to 4 : 00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break and two 10-minute breaks. The team has grown significantly since 2020, with minimal turnover, indicating a stable and supportive work environment.

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Southport, Indiana. Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $16.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
