Job descriptionOversee the operations of the nursing and rehabilitation facilities in your region. Ensure care of your residents if of the highest quality and matches company goals. Hold administrators accountable to work towards company goals. Routine travel to each of your facilities to be a present part of your team and provide in person support. Ensure that all your facilities are operating to the best of their abilities. Bachelor's of science degree, or bachelor's of science in nursing. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years managing a multi-site experience, or regional management experience. A current and valid LNHA or eligible for licensure in Illinois. The ability to be a proactive and effective leader.
