At Integrative Therapies (iT) , we believe in challenging traditional paradigms and creating solutions beyond those offered by most “corporate gym” physical therapy clinics. iT has a proven model that has stood the test of time for the past 25 years and is now ready for a new Clinic Director/Physical Therapist to share and help implement our vision for future growth.

The Clinic Director Role:

  • As the Clinic Director, you aren’t just managing your own patient schedule, you will work with growth-oriented ownership and through our community and patient base to help grow this practice.
  • You will also provide on-site leadership for a diverse team of "A-players," including physical therapists, licensed counselor, certified dietitian, personal trainers and licensed massage therapists.

You’ll ensure our PT-driven practice seamlessly connects patients to the mental, nutritional, and personal training support they need for long-term health. 100% PT-Owned & Local:

  • You will report directly to the owner (a DPT/MBA/OCS) and have a real seat at the table in a growing, values-based practice.

Autonomy & Growth:

Who You Are Credentialed, Eager to Lead:

  • A NC Licensed Physical Therapist (2+ years or proven managerial experience) with a desire to lead that compels you to respond to this ad.

  • You are highly committed to the profession, yet appreciate that patients' well-being can be served in other ways as well.

  • You are a self-starter with a bias for action.
