Job Description

We are seeking a diligent and skilled Set Up Operator to join our team. The role involves setting up and operating various stamping machines, ensuring the quality of parts produced, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate numerous stamping machines within the department.
• Maintain quality on all parts produced by machines.
• Follow drawings and prints based on customer specifications.
• Troubleshoot any issues or defects on the machines.
• Multitask and operate multiple machines efficiently.
• Lift products when necessary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38000.00 - $40000.00 / yr.

Prince & Izant only runs a 1st shift, they do monthly outings whether it be company outings, food trucks or even competitive games! They have a full access onsite gym that is available Monday - Saturday. It is state of the art with treadmills, benches, yoga classes, cardio classes and they even have their own health and wellness coach. They are privately owned and the owner cares a lot about fitness. There are bonus incentives when people go direct (anywhere from 2-3k) depending on how the company is doing throughout the year. Very high on culture and want people to work directly for the company.
