About the Role

Futures is searching for a former baseball athlete who has played or coached at the collegiate and / or professional level.

The role involves coaching skill development in hitting, defense and / or pitching, and coaching sports performance in strength and speed.

The coach must have a passion for impacting lives and be looking to grow in their ability to execute a data-driven approach to skill acquisition and strength development.

Must be extroverted, charismatic, and possess the ability to build relationships, rapport, and trust with athletes and families.
