Job description

A company is looking for a Customer Success Advisor who will drive customer success and foster long-term relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Provide expert advice on utilizing the data intelligence platform to meet customer needs

Conduct training sessions and workshops to optimize platform usage for customers

Maintain regular communication with customers to understand their business objectives and challenges

Required Qualifications

BS / BA degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on customer success or support

Ability to identify and manage customer risks effectively

Experience in collaborating with diverse stakeholders at various levels

Proficiency in solution customization and configuration to meet client requirements
