Commercial Counsel

A company is looking for a Commercial Counsel to join their legal team and support their blockchain infrastructure initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including SaaS and partnership contracts

Advise business teams on contract structures, risk allocation, and compliance matters

Provide legal guidance on product launches and go-to-market initiatives in regulated environments

Required Qualifications

Qualification from an accredited law school

4-7 years of experience in commercial or technology transactions, with both law firm and in-house experience preferred

Solid understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 regulatory frameworks

Demonstrated ability to negotiate, draft, and close complex commercial agreements independently

Strong business judgment with a focus on balancing legal risk and operational efficiency
