The Cook is responsible for preparing meals and snacks in accordance with menus planned by the Director of Support Services and approved by a Dietician. The cook is responsible for maintaining sanitary conditions in the kitchen, coolers, freezers, serving area and dining hall at all times. He / she supervises, teaches and role models for youth.

What does this job do specifically?

Required Education and Experience
One year of food service experience.Must have prior training and a working knowledge of quantity food preparation.Preferred Education and Experience
