• Coordinate with host / hostess and servers for efficient service and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure front-of-house cleanliness, including tables, chairs, floors, windows, restrooms, and service areas.
• Refill drinks as needed and restock dining room and bar supplies.
• Prepare beverages for service and assist servers as needed.
• Clear tables between courses, replace dishes, and clean / reset vacated tables.
• Return dirty dishes to the dishwashing area.
• Take ownership of and resolve issues promptly.
• Leave the establishment crumb-free and food-free at closing.
