A company is looking for a Managed Care Enrollment Broker.

Key Responsibilities

Provide customer service by answering calls regarding assignments

Research and process assignment change requests and document calls in detail

Interact professionally with team members and customers while meeting production targets

Required Qualifications and Education

High school diploma or G.E.D

Two or more years of customer service experience

Proficient in personal computers and applications such as Outlook and Microsoft Office

Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with Medicaid, is preferred

Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
