Stand Up Forklift Operator

As a Stand Up Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for driving a Combilift forklift. We have two openings : one from Monday to Friday, 6 : 30 am to 3 : 00 pm, and another from Sunday to Thursday, 2 : 30 pm to 11 : 00 pm. Your primary duties include running a stand-up forklift all day, preparing steel beams and flats for the second shift to load onto trucks, and efficiently managing the movement of materials.

Responsibilities :

• Operate a stand-up forklift, specifically a Combilift, throughout the shift.
• Prepare steel beams and flats for shipment on the second shift.
• Navigate aisles to collect and stage orders.
• Ensure efficient material handling and order fulfillment.

Work Environment :

You will be working in a non-climate controlled warehouse environment as part of a team of 30. The role requires wearing steel-toed boots and ear protection. Shift options are Monday to Friday from 6 : 30 am to 3 : 00 pm or Sunday to Thursday from 2 : 30 pm to 11 : 00 pm.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
