Job Summary :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrician Project Manager to oversee electrical construction projects from planning to completion. This role requires a licensed electrician with strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities. The Electrician Project Manager will coordinate teams, manage budgets and schedules, ensure compliance with safety standards, and maintain high-quality workmanship throughout every project.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, solution-driven, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while delivering exceptional results on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all phases of electrical projects, from planning to completion.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules.
- Supervise and support field teams to maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
- Prepare project reports, change orders, and documentation as required.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to continuous operational excellence.
Qualifications :
Valid Electrical License (Journeyman or Master preferred).5+ years of experience in electrical installation or construction.3+ years of project management or supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of electrical systems, blueprints, and safety codes.Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.Proficiency with project management software and MS Office Suite.What We Offer :
