About the Role :

Join SERVPRO of Dover / Middletown as a Restoration Estimator and play a crucial role in helping our clients recover from property damage. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who is passionate about restoration and customer service. Be part of a team that makes a difference in our community every day!

Responsibilities :

Conduct thorough property assessments to determine restoration needs.

Prepare detailed cost estimates for restoration projects.

Communicate effectively with clients and insurance adjusters.

Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project execution.

Utilize industry-specific software for estimating and reporting.

Stay updated on restoration techniques and industry standards.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the estimating process.

Assist in training and mentoring junior estimators as needed.

Requirements :

Proven experience in restoration estimating or related field.

Strong understanding of restoration processes and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Certification in Xactimate or similar estimating software preferred.
