Family Law Attorney (Remote)

Job Description

A well-established Texas-based law firm specializing in family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence, is currently seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of family law cases from intake to resolution, including divorce, custody, visitation, child / spousal support, property division, and restraining orders
• Draft legal documents such as declarations, discovery, settlement agreements, and motions
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies tailored to each client's needs
• Represent clients in virtual hearings, mediations, and depositions

Qualifications

Salary and Other Compensation :

The annual salary for this position is between $165,000 – $185,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography / market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
