Senior Litigation Associate Attorney – Dallas, TX

Looking for a platform to showcase your litigation expertise?

Our client, a nationally recognized trial firm, is seeking a Senior Litigation Associate with 6+ years of experience to join its Dallas office. This is an exceptional opportunity for seasoned attorneys who want meaningful work, trial exposure, and clear paths to partnership—all within a collaborative, high-performance environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead litigation cases from start to finish with minimal oversight
  • Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
  • Conduct depositions, hearings, and trial preparation
  • Mentor junior associates while collaborating with an elite team of litigators

What We’re Looking For

  • J.D. from an accredited law school (top third preferred)
  • 6+ years of litigation experience (trial experience strongly preferred)
  • Ability to manage complex cases independently and strategically
  • Exceptional writing, research, and organizational skills

    • Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary : $180,000+ (commensurate with experience)
  • Benefits : 401(k) with 6% match after 90 days
  • Discretionary profit sharing
  • Comprehensive health coverage (BlueCross BlueShield PPO)
  • HSA contribution : $1,200 annually
  • Generous PTO : 19–29 days with rollover options
