Operations Analyst

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst I to support Clinical Review operations.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze claim appeals, coordinating with coding teams for documentation review

Resolve claim-related inquiries and issues for customers, providers, and clients

Research and manage claim inventory and process documentation for clinical reviews

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED with at least two years of experience in operations or service-related roles

Associate's degree may be considered in lieu of experience

Preferred healthcare experience and familiarity with medical coding concepts

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with database systems

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
