Baker

As a Baker at ilili, you will focus on creating exceptional bread offerings for the restaurant each and every day.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned daily
• Prepare and produce designated items follow recipes and yield guides to maintain high standards of product
• Scaling of recipes appropriately. Prepare bread as needed
• Prepare, clean, and maintain bread area and ingredients for proper use in the kitchen
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about bread ingredients and art
• Participate in research and development of bread offerings throughout the year
• Communicate with other team members and management regarding food items and orders.
• Promptly reports to management any quality or quantity issues of the product
• Train new Bakers (as needed) on delivering excellent service while maintaining standard shift responsibilities noted above; such training to occur on-the-job with new Bakers shadowing you as you perform your key responsibilities
• Assist fellow team members as needed to ensure seamless customer experience
