Raf's is looking for an early AM baker to join the team, where craft and creativity come together in every bake. The ideal candidate has experience in mixing dough, shaping, proofing, scoring and baking off breads such as sourdough & baguettes. In addition to breads, experience in lamination, tarts & pastries is key, though we are always willing to train and grow the right candidates.
We need someone who’s confident working on their own but knows how to jump in and collaborate when needed. You have a positive attitude, bring good energy, and are just a pleasure to be around.
