Sr. Manager, Supply Chain

The Sr. Manager, Supply Chain is responsible for leading supplier and client relationship management across assigned categories to deliver financial, operational, and strategic value. This hybrid role bridges supply chain strategy, procurement execution, and account management in alignment with Foodbuy, LLC, ensuring optimal performance of supplier programs, client satisfaction, and compliance to company purchasing standards while delivering against financials targets. The position combines strategic sourcing, supply chain optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business growth and deliver operational excellence in a contracted foodservice environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Supply Chain & Procurement Execution

• Lead sourcing and negotiation activities across assigned categories to meet organizational objectives for cost, quality, and service.
• Manage manufacturer, distributor, and supplier relationships to drive performance improvements and achieve financial goals.
• Develop and administer supplier evaluation and development plans, including scorecards and performance reviews.
• Monitor commodity and ingredient markets, ensuring price competitiveness and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with suppliers to identify shared value initiatives and innovation opportunities.
• Oversee program implementation and adoption for new products, suppliers, and categories.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding, price file accuracy, and master data management with internal analytics and finance teams.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy and availability of managed order guides through the DSSI platform.

Qualifications

Education : Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field required; MBA preferred.

Experience : + Minimum 57 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, or category management. + Experience in contracted foodservice or hospitality supply chain preferred.

Skills and Competencies : + Strong negotiation and relationship management skills at all organizational levels, including C-suite. + Excellent analytical and project management abilities with high attention to detail. + Skilled communicator and presenter with demonstrated ability to influence decisions. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); experience with Compass Group OMS systems (MyResults, MyOrders) preferred. + Knowledge of e-procurement or supply chain data systems (e.g., iTrade Network, Coupa, Ariba, DSSI) a plus.
