Responsibilities
We’re looking for a Paralegal to join our Legal team. This role offers the chance to support a wide range of legal matters—contracts, litigation, compliance, and more. You’ll help keep things organized, accurate, and moving forward while working closely with attorneys and other team members. If you’re detail-oriented and eager to grow your career in the legal field, this is a great opportunity.
What You’ll Do
Contracts : Assist with reviewing, and editing agreements, and help track deadlines and obligations.
Litigation : Support attorneys with case preparation, discovery, research, and document management.
Compliance : Help maintain compliance programs, support policy updates, and monitor regulatory changes.
General Support : Manage legal files, databases, and calendars, and serve as a resource to the broader legal team.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
Associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies (required).
Paralegal certificate or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
1–2 years of experience in a legal setting preferred (internship experience counts!).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal or contract management software a bonus.
Physical Requirements
Ability to perform repetitive motions (e.g., typing, data entry).
Ability to sit and / or stand for extended periods of time.
Regular use of standard office equipment (computer, phone, copier, scanner).
