Operational Performance Expert

A company is looking for an RCS-Operational Performance Expert.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the subject matter expert for Revenue Cycle Services, providing leadership and education across the division

Act as a point of escalation for claim-related issues and monitor aged accounts receivable

Provide independent review and direct intervention where appropriate regarding Revenue Cycle Services requirements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Expert knowledge of Healthcare Revenue Cycle

Knowledge in business applications

Ability to plan and manage the utilization of resources
