Healthcare Ethics And Compliance Operations Program Director

As an Healthcare Ethics And Compliance Operations Program Director, you will work directly with the Chief Health And Life Science Compliance Officer and compliance teams to help address regulatory compliance issues that are essential to Oracle customers globally with a focus on the healthcare and life sciences industries. The team works to build new and creative approaches to problem solving and facilitating contracting for and use of Oracle's products and services by such customers. We advise and collaborate with Oracle business leaders and external specialists on sophisticated, industry leading legal and regulatory compliance matters.

Responsibilities include :

• Lead operations support of the healthcare and life science compliance organizations
• Define Oracle Health standards via policies and procedures
• Track evolving healthcare and medical device industry standards and codes
• Lead healthcare compliance and ethics operations improvement programs
• Support the development of a corporate-wide compliance framework and program
• Support the creation and implementation of training and communications
• Support auditing and monitoring and other assurance activities
• Facilitate internal compliance metrics reporting
• Be a go-to expert for Oracle Health employees on issues relating to OH's Compliance program
• Serve as an expert on the company's healthcare and life science compliance infrastructure
• Work collaboratively with Oracle's Office of Ethics and Compliance, Legal, and the business to drive a culture of ethics and integrity
• Serve as an operational leader within the Healthcare Compliance Organization
• Develop, grow, and maintain a program for working with business teams to ensure business-led compliance programs
• Support pivotal initiatives to help improve Oracle's business
• Drive knowledge management and sharing activities
