We are a leading urology practice committed to delivering exceptional care and life-changing outcomes. We are growing fast and looking for a high-energy, patient-focused Medical Sales Concierge to join our team and be the bridge between prospective patients and world-class treatment. This position is based in Atlanta but provides opportunities for remote, hybrid or on-site work.

As a Medical Sales Concierge, you will serve as the first and most consistent point of contact for prospective and active patients. You'll guide them through their care journey - from the first phone call to procedure coordination - ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way.

Your role is a mix of patient advocacy, education, relationship-building, and appointment coordination. You'll help drive conversion to consultation and treatment by delivering a seamless, empathetic, and solutions-focused experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Inbound & Outbound Patient Engagement

Answer patient calls, texts, and emails with warmth, professionalism, and a sense of urgency

Educate patients on treatment options in collaboration with clinical teams

Track leads and pipeline progress using CRM or EMR tools

Work closely with physicians, office managers, and clinical staff to ensure coordinated care
