Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Liaison to serve as a key connection between our clients and their customers. In this role, you will support daily customer interactions, coordinate solutions, and uphold the high standard of service that defines Catch Vibe Voice. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage inquiries with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer concerns
Coordinate communication between clients, customers, and internal teams
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
Support customer satisfaction initiatives to enhance the overall experience
Ensure all communications reflect the company's standards and values
Assist in identifying areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements
