Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee healthcare construction projects, with a strong emphasis on compliance with HCAI regulations. The ideal candidate will have 45 years minimum of experience in a project management role, specifically within the healthcare sector, and will be responsible for managing subcontractors, budgets, bidding processes, and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring compliance with HCAI standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring quality workmanship, adherence to schedules, and safety compliance.
• Develop and maintain project budgets, monitor expenditures, and ensure cost-effective project delivery.
• Prepare, review, and manage change orders and bid packages; collaborate with estimating teams and clients to ensure accuracy and transparency.
• Create and maintain project schedules using industry-standard tools; proactively identify and resolve delays or conflicts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and regulatory agencies.
• Maintain thorough project documentation, including daily reports, meeting minutes, RFIs, submittals, and progress photos.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00 / yr.
