Specializing in DSA and Public Work, the business has been operating in this market for 40+ years. Projects will range from $20m-$40m on average with strong staff retention. Job Description

Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to completion. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet project requirements. Monitor project progress and performance, implementing adjustments when necessary. Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and regulations. Manage project documentation, including contracts, reports, and change orders. Lead project meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively. Identify and resolve project risks and issues proactively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have :

• Minimum 5 years of PM experience with General Contractor focused in commercial projects with DSA preferred
• Bachelors degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture or related field required.
• Local to LA or OC preferred - relocators would be considered.
• Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• A results-driven mindset with a focus on quality and efficiency.
