2nd Shift Manufacturing Supervisor

Overview

We are a successful Custom Materials and Automotive Services company looking for a dedicated Supervisor to support our 2nd shift team, to ensure safety and product quality to maximize production efficiency, and to foster a positive team culture.

Work hours are Monday through Thursday, from 4 : 30 pm to 3 : 00 am, with occasional Friday night hours when necessary to meet our customer demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all activities related to the assigned department.
• Supervise a crew of 20+ employees.
• Manage workflow, define goals, communicate objectives, and monitor team performance.
• Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety guidelines.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the department.
• Maintain quality by enforcing ISO QMS.
• Train new hires to help them understand their roles and job duties.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to management.
• Resolve employee issues and disputes.
• Create a positive team culture.
