Job Title : Restaurant Cook
We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Cook to join our team at our hotel. The ideal candidate will have open availability and a passion for culinary arts.
As a Restaurant Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking delicious meals for our guests.
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook meals according to our menu and recipes
- Ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that all meals are prepared to perfection
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
- Assist with menu planning and development
Requirements :
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Cook or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Open availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; culinary degree or certification is a plus
