Job Summary :

The Buyer will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services to meet our company's operational needs. This includes negotiating with suppliers, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities :

• Procurement Management : Source and procure materials, products, and services in alignment with company requirements and specifications.
• Supplier Negotiations : Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company.
• Inventory Control : Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supply while minimizing excess stock.
• Order Processing : Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Vendor Relations : Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, addressing any issues related to quality, delivery, or pricing.
• Cost Analysis : Conduct cost analysis and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and potential suppliers.
• Compliance : Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
• Reporting : Prepare regular reports on purchasing activities, supplier performance, and inventory status for management review.
• Problem Resolution : Address and resolve any issues related to supply chain disruptions, product quality, or supplier performance.

Qualifications :

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
