Experience in Euro brands is ideal but not necessary to apply

What Youll Do

Diagnose & repair European, Asian, and American vehicles (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, VW, Porsche, Land Rover, Mini, etc.)

Flag hours efficiently & accurately

Work alongside a supportive team of 5+ technicians and service advisors

Contribute to a positive, drama-free shop culture

What We Offer

$30 $70 / hour (based on experience & certifications)

20% Bonus on EVERY flagged labor hour

Flat Rate + Guaranteed Hours never stress about slow weeks

Expected 4045 billed hours / week

No weekends enjoy your family time

$1,000 referral bonus (paid after 60 days when your referral is hired)

Paid ASE training & certification support

Dealer-level diagnostic tools (ISTA, AIR, VIDA, Xentry, etc.)

What Were Looking For

3+ years of hands-on technician experience (Euro experience a plus, not required)

Strong diagnostic and repair skills

Self-motivated, team-oriented, and drama-free

Clean, valid drivers license
