Job description

Role : Full Stack Software Engineer

Location : San Francisco, CA | Full-time | On-site

Compensation : $160k - $245k + Equity (0.1% - 0.75%)

About the Role

This is an opportunity to join a high-growth, early-stage startup building AI-powered financial tools for software businesses. As an early full-stack engineer, you'll help shape the product, architecture, and team culture while driving end-to-end features across the stack.

What You Will Do

Build & Ship Fast - Develop core financial systems, integration pipelines, and analytics dashboards.
Full-Stack Ownership - Implement and maintain features across front-end (React, TypeScript) and back-end (Python) systems.
Product-Driven Engineering - Collaborate with team members to design user-centric experiences for complex financial workflows.
Scalability & Performance - Architect systems to handle real-time, high-volume financial data.
High-Velocity Execution - Operate in a fast-moving startup environment where iteration and impact matter.

What Will You Bring

3+ years of experience in full-stack web development, ideally at a startup.

Proficiency with React, TypeScript, Python, and modern web frameworks.

Ability to ship production-ready code quickly while maintaining high standards.

Strong product intuition and problem-solving skills.

Ownership mindset and excitement about working in an early-stage, high-velocity startup.

Bonus : Experience building financial systems or SaaS products.

Compensation & Perks

Salary - $160k - $245k

Equity - 0.1% - 0.75%

Visa sponsorship - TN / H1B transfers possible

Work Policy - On-site, San Francisco (Monday - Friday)
