Job Description :
Customer Service for Mortgage Brokers and Settlement Agents
Handling calls from brokers and settlement agents
Review tickets of loan estimates and complete any data entry corrections / rerun the IT team and the UCD
Assisting brokers calling about the closing, fees, and end stages of a loan
Skills & Qualifications :
Mortgage experience (experience working with broker division is a plus)
Closing / closer experience
Call Center experience
Customer Service Experience
Great organizational skills
Schedule :
Monday to Friday; 8 : 30AM - 5 : 30PM or 10AM - 7PM depending on need
100% In-office / in-person
