Lube Squad of Atlanta is the exclusive distributor of motor oil and automotive products, serving as one of the largest players in the US car market. We pride ourselves on being a reliable supplier of motor oils and antifreeze, offering liquids that meet the highest standards of the automotive industry. As the official American distributors of Everest, REX and iLast oil manufacturers, we provide lubricants for all vehicle parts, industrial equipment, and agricultural machinery.

Job Description :

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team in Atlanta Georgia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling lubricants and automotive products to clients across the region. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable company in the automotive industry and contribute to our mission of providing top-quality products and services to our customers.

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including automotive retailers, mechanics, and industrial facilities.

2. Generate leads and actively seek out new business opportunities to expand our customer base.

3. Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits.

4. Negotiate sales contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are favorable for both parties.

5. Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and industry seminars to increase product visibility and brand awareness.

8. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and customer interactions.

Qualifications :

  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Knowledge of automotive lubricants and products is an advantage.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Fluency in English and fluency in Spanish is a plus
