Medicare Administration Lead Generalist

A company is looking for a Lead Generalist, Medicare Administration.

Key Responsibilities

Manage benefits, operations, communication, reporting, and data exchange for the Medicare product

Develop infrastructure, standards, policies, and procedures for the Medicare and Dual Eligible Program

Ensure operational compliance with federal regulations and support effective business processes

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree or equivalent experience of 7+ years in Health Care or related field

7+ years of experience in the managed healthcare industry, specifically with Medicare-Medicaid plans

Strong quantitative and analytical skills
