Responsibilities
Client Interaction : Initiate and maintain communications with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer customized solutions.
Policy Management : Assist customers with policy renewals, additions, and changes to ensure coverage meets their needs.
Issue Resolution : Quickly address and resolve client inquiries and concerns with a positive and inviting tone.
Sales Support : Provide support to the sales team with lead generation and customer follow-ups to increase sales opportunities.
Documentation : Accurately maintain and update client records in compliance with agency policies and procedures.
Relationship Building : Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
Requirements
Licensing : Candidates should be willing to obtain a property and casualty license within a stipulated timeframe. Licensing assistance available.
Experience : Previous experience in a customer service role is desirable, background with positions that have attention to detail preferred.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
