Responsibilities

Information Management : Maintain and update client records in the system accurately and efficiently.
Policy Guidance : Provide clear guidance on policy features and benefits to help clients understand their coverage options.
Cross-Department Collaboration : Work closely with sales and claims departments to ensure seamless client experiences.
Feedback Collection : Gather customer feedback to inform potential enhancements to service delivery.
Requirements
Experience : 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in insurance or a related field.
