We’re hiring a Chief Growth Officer (CGO) on behalf of a fast-growing medical startup in the longevity, proactive aging, and personalized wellness space. The company combines digital accessibility with in-person clinical care across multiple locations.

About the Role :

This executive role owns and drives the entire patient acquisition and revenue growth engine , integrating digital marketing with clinic operations. The CGO will develop and execute a data-driven strategy to scale patient volume, optimize local clinic performance, and build a national brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Integrated Growth Strategy & Leadership

• P&L and Revenue Ownership : Own and drive the top-line revenue growth for the entire company, managing the full customer journey from first digital touchpoint to in-clinic conversion and long-term retention.
• Cross-Functional Alignment : Collaborate directly with the CEO and Head of Clinical Operations to ensure marketing spend, patient demand, and clinical capacity are perfectly synchronized to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Team & Vendor Management : Lead, mentor, and scale the internal marketing and growth team. Strategically oversee and optimize all external agency relationships (Paid Media, SEO / Content, Creative) to ensure aggressive but efficient execution.
